Request a custom quote for graduation event photography and video. ADAM BROS PRODUCTION will review the timeline, coverage requirements, staffing, and deliverables before confirming the price. Simultaneous full photo and video coverage requires appropriate staffing. Booking and payment Prices are in USD, before tax. Submit a booking request. ADAM BROS PRODUCTION will confirm the selected package, date, location, and any agreed optional services before approval and payment. After approval, we will send an official invoice/payment link for a 75% deposit or full payment. Your date is secured only after the required payment is received. Review the booking policy for cancellation, rescheduling, and late-arrival terms.

ADAM BROS PRODUCTION – BOOKING POLICY To ensure a smooth and premium experience for all clients, please review our booking policies below: 1. Booking Confirmation Once you accept the offer, an official invoice will be sent to your email. Your session is confirmed only after payment is received. Clients may pay 75% deposit or full payment to secure their booking. 2. Rescheduling Policy A $60 rescheduling fee applies to any changes made after booking. Rescheduling requests made at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance will be processed free of charge. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be requested at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled session. For cancellations after payment, 20% of the booking deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee. 4. Late Arrival Policy A $60 late fee will be applied if you arrive up to 20 minutes late. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session will be considered missed and a new booking will be required. Important Notice *We value your time and ours.
