ADAM BROS PRODUCTION – BOOKING POLICY To ensure a smooth and premium experience for all clients, please review our booking policies below: 1. Booking Confirmation Once you accept the offer, an official invoice will be sent to your email. Your session is confirmed only after payment is received. Clients may pay 75% deposit or full payment to secure their booking. 2. Rescheduling Policy A $60 rescheduling fee applies to any changes made after booking. Rescheduling requests made at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance will be processed free of charge. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be requested at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled session. For cancellations after payment, 20% of the booking deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee. 4. Late Arrival Policy A $60 late fee will be applied if you arrive up to 20 minutes late. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session will be considered missed and a new booking will be required. Important Notice *We value your time and ours.
